- 30 minute inital consult call
-Bi weekly check in calls as needed

- Daily messaging check ins
- Weekly macro adjustments/assesments and weekly custom meal plan to meet macros
NOTE: Meal plan is based off one perfect day of eating on your custom macros that you should plan to meal prep for the rest of the week. All clients can use this meal plan as a guide OR can count macros on their own.
