This program is also designed for growth and constant improvement. You will not outgrow this program as you can always keep adding weight to continue to build strength! Combining these type of rep ranges with increasing weight with each set allows you to tear down the muscle fibers enough so that they will rebuild stronger each week, improving strength and muscle size. I rarely deviate from this style of training even after being an experienced lifter.
